Abhranshu is a MBA - HR from Bangalore University and M.Com - Corporate Finance and Personnel Management from Jabalpur University, DPMIR from Barkatullah University - Bhopal (Institute Topper), CRA-Certified Recruitment Analyst from CAMI–USA (Merit Holder) and FUWAI and FMSPI from Chennai & New Delhi. He is based out of Jabalpur in India.
Abhranshu has 16 years of professional experience in Talent Acquisition and HR roles in multiple organizations in India. After spending 11yrs in Bangalore and 3 yrs in Gurgaon and worked for reputed companies like 5 Billion Dollar Avantha Group previously known as Thaper Group of Companies (Group companies include Crompton Greaves Ltd, Ballarpur Industries Ltd., India's No 1 Paper manufacturing Co, Avantha Business Solutions Ltd. Avantha Power and other 30 group co's), Professional Access-3i Infotech Ltd, IntersoftKK India Ltd, Kelley Loading Dock Solutions Ltd. He has extensively done In-house Recruitment and consulting for Client companies across India.
Abhranshu has started his career in Bangalore from a Manufacturing company-Elite-Material-Kelley Loading Dock Solutions Ltd and after gaining experience in HR and Talent Acquisition in Manufacturing Industry he joined the world of technology at 3i Infotech Ltd., IntersoftKK and Avantha Group and has done recruitments across all levels including Leadership Hiring. He has extensive awareness of the Indian IT and Non IT market. In Avantha Group he was heading the PSG group was leading a team of 30 recruiters and was doing recruitments for group companies. He has done recruitments across India and APAC/US/UK and MENA region.
Before starting his own venture AxmiYaN HR and Axmistsrtbizz.com he was associated with a London-UK based established Global Executive/Retained Search firm with more than 150+ offices in 45 countries as Head Recruitment - India.
Abhranshu is a hardcore Talent Acquisition professional with interests in leadership and lateral hiring, hard to find resource, employees counseling, resume writing. He has a wealth of experience of the full recruitment lifecycle – from an in-depth understanding of client's needs, to offering tailor made solutions and ultimately finding the perfect candidate
