SR. QA Manager:


·         BPO experience is must 

·         Six Sigma certified and Green belt trained or certified is a must 

·         Should be currently working as a DM/Manager-QA for minimum 1.5yrs

·         Should be comfortable with Rotational shifts 

   
·         Excellent communication skills 

·         Offshore quality experience of at least 6 to 10 accounts including back office and voice
