·         Should have overall experience of 4 to 5 years.

·         Exposure in supporting insurance industry platform / finance support would be a plus.

·         Exposure to Application L1 support

·         Should be familiar with ITIL process

·         Knowledge of using a ticketing tool would be an plus like Manage engine service desk.

·         Should be good in incident management, problem management.

·         Excellent verbal and written communication skills
