·         Administration, Absence management, Oracle Time and labor.

·         Should be well versed with AIM methodology

·         Should be familiar with ITIL process

·         Should have experience creating requirement documents and specifications , doing system testing in Oracle Fusion projects

·         Should have experience in setting up enterprise structure, workforce structure, employee self-service and manager self-service.

·         Knowledge of handing interfaces is a must.

·         Should be good in incident management, problem management.

·         Knowledge of using a ticketing tool would be an plus like Manage engine service desk plus.
