FUNCTIONAL/ OPERATIONAL
•Leads, mentors and maintains the strategic direction, technical vision and
maintain all aspects of technological development
• Manage the budget and costing of each project from initial estimation until
completion
• Work with project teams to deliver detailed end-to-end project plan
• Ensure the project meets internal control, audit and compliance
requirements
• Ensure Architecture alignment of delivery approach and completion of
design artefacts
• Develop an annual IT plan according to business requirements
• Maintain knowledge on emerging trends and initiate appropriate decisions
for various Technology.
Experience in a global organization working with stakeholders in different
geographies
and time zones
CLIENT / BUSINESS ORIENTED:
• Partner with Business and Operations stakeholders to govern project scope
and prioritization of system enhancements
• Manage and report all project risks and issues, and work towards mitigation
and/or remediation
• Organize and chair various project working group meetings to provide timely
status reporting including availability of accuracy of burndown charts.
Ensure
prompt escalation of project issues as warranted
• Coordinate with business partners and develop strategies to implement
various IT
solutions effectively.
Skills:
• Sound understanding of the BPO landscape.
• Experience in requirements gathering & documentation, functional
specification documentation and use of case documentation
.
• Experience with working in BPO organizations understanding the
priorities and nature of the services provided.
• Experienced with the lifecycle in an PMP / Prince2 environment,
desirably with experience also of traditional structured programmes
• Knowledgeable about the latest in BPO solutions and who’s doing
what, and full of ideas about how the best in BPO can be achieved
• Should have played customer-facing role in either operations or
technology groups
• Experience with solution consulting, devising solutions, or domain
consulting will be considered very favorably
• Ability to work in a productive and cooperative way with a variety
of people ranging from
individual contributors to BU heads to other
executives
• Strong written and communication skills and experience
communicating effectively
• Adaptability, including the ability to work with ambiguity
• Motivated self-starter
Strong experience in working in BPO as Project Manager
Experienced with the lifecycle in an PMP / Prince2 environment,
PMP Or Prince 2 certified
