·         Has an intermediate or advanced skill level in the following applications:

o    Adobe Captivate

o    Adobe Photoshop

o    Adobe Audition

o    Adobe Premiere or other video editing application

o    Vyond

·         4-6 years’ experience in developing eLearning contents and using LMS platforms

·         Can execute original design/artwork

·         Proficient in technical/script-/copy writing

·         Knowledge in eLearning technical process is an advantage

·         Excellent communication skills in both written and spoken modes of communication

·         Possess project management skills to identify, track and estimate duration of project tasks

·         Strong command of the English Language; ability to speak 1 additional language (Spanish or French) is an advantage

·         Highly organized and with strong analytical skills

·         Detail-oriented

·         Has good presentation skills

·         Autonomy, pro-activity, creativity, dynamism, innovation

·         Strong analytical skills

·         Strong computer skills is required – MS Word, MS Excel, Outlook, Powerpoint
