Team Leading experience - 6-12 People

- Excellent communication skills

- Hands on Experience in Automation And Manual Testing Using Selenium, CodedUI along with .Net Stack, C#

Technical Skills : 

- Front end testing frameworks (Selenium, CodedUI) 

- Cloud based testing platforms (BrowserStack, TestCloud) 

- Api testing tools (Postman/SoapUI) 

- Stress testing tools (Gatling, LoadRunner) 

- Mobile Testing 

- .Net Stack, C#, SQL Server (T-SQL), CI tooling (e.g. TeamCity/Octopus/Azure), GIT/TFS, Xamarin XTC, Agile Practices, TDD/BDD. Bug tracking software: Jira. 

- To guide testing engineers through peer review and mentoring. 

- To work with users and developers on user stories to define granular testing tasks, that are valuable to the user and estimable by a tester 

- Contribute estimates and testing design for specific user stories 

- Test user stories through to production code, using agile methods such as TDD/BDD, in conjunction with business users and/or other members of the development team.

I'm looking for Tech Lead/ Assistant Manager / Deputy Manager Testing- Gurgaon for a Leading Global IT Company in Gurgaon

We are looking for Delhi NCR Based candidates or candidates who are willing to relocate to Gurgaon

Experience- 4-8 Yrs

JD:-

Skills Required 

Good understanding of Quality Programming Guidelines & SDLC pro cess

Identification / Review of test cases, test scenarios & test execution

Good understanding of OOPS concepts

Good experience in Selenium + C#

Hands on experience in automation framework development as well as script creation using selenium with C# .

Exposure to writing Nunit will be useful.

Experience in Black box testing (System, System Integration & Regression testing concepts)

Experience in creating test plans & test design

Good communication, analytical and presentation skills, problem solving skills and learning attitude

Candidates should have experience in 

Manual Testing

Automation Testing
